There Is No Such Thing as a Routine Call

The old saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” is equally applicable to law enforcement safety. This training emphasizes that the mindset officers bring to work each day matters. One’s mindset is directly connected to performance and the ability to think clearly during critical incidents. We will discuss strategies and examine the importance of remaining calm during a crisis. Remember, as experience increases, so can the risk of complacency.

After this course, participants will be able to:

    • Defeat complacency before it defeats you; the most dangerous threat is the one you ignore.
    • Turn routine calls into tactical wins; the “ordinary” is where risk hides.
    • Fuse mindset, preparation, and action so you’re ready when seconds count.
    • Transform thought into deliberate action—every move with purpose, every decision with clarity.

Training will be held from 00:00 a.m. to 00:00 p.m., ET.
